Earlier last year i had decided to sell my home. There were many mailers and calls from "flippers". I know personally one of those flippers, and I'm sure he would have helped me but he wasn't familiar with my area. He did give me some pointers. I didn't want to risk using one of those lowball commission houses. I don't sell houses for a living, but In my own business I worked on commission, and knew "you get what you pay for". A neighbor told me he had sold his own house--and it sounds like he left a lot of money on the table. My point is that good agents EARN their commission and I wanted the best agent! In trying to find the right agent to sell my house, I checked a couple of online websites which showed agents in my area and the number of houses each one had sold. Leticia and Associates had sold 3-4 TIMES more homes than any other agents. So I knew I should interview them. But before interviewing them, I didn't know any workmen to help prepare the house to sell, so relied on neighbors for referrals for handymen, so I employed a couple of them but wasn't satisfied because of low quality of workmanship, not showing up, etc. When I did interview Leticia and Alberto, they recommended a couple of professionals who were a little more expensive, but their quality was much higher, showed up on time, and got the job done much faster...again, you get what you pay for! And it's absolutely true for Leticia and Associates. They earned their commission.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience selling a house with Leticia and her team. I know a lot of Realtors. And I mean a lot. When I was looking for an agent to sell my home in Chino, I started asking around. The name that came up again and again was Leticia and Alberto Sotomayor, so I gave them a call. My timing is impeccably bad sometimes, so when I called them they were actually on a vacation out of the country. Nevertheless, Leticia ran some comps for me and sent them to me the next day. When she returned from vacation and we finally got together to discuss selling our home, she came prepared with recent and updated comps, explaining that the market in this area can sometimes change on a frequent basis. She toured our home, and gave us her thoughts on what we should ask for the house and what we would finally end up with. As this is currently a seller's market, she had a strategy in place designed to get us the highest return on our investment. She nailed it all the way! We ended up getting more money than we anticipated, and our household in 2 days after being placed on the market.
